from traditional/local styles and relates to the design of the main structure on the property through
design and materiality. The project includes a sports car garage, 2 baths, a loggia, kitchen and a
future guest bedroom. There are 2 large recirculating fountains and a large fireplace.
Concealed shutters open the loggia to achieve a "door-less" garden structure. The space is
mechanically ventilated to control humidity during the summer months.
